We at Cedarlan have a range of site services, as well the manufacturing aspect of our company in our workshops on at Monahan Road in Cork City. Our qualified personnel can site survey prior to jobs and use the necessary information to fabricate the required joinery or Glu Lam to highest workshop standards.

Estimating and Surveying
At Cedarlan, we provide estimating and surveying services for potential clients, through staff skilled in the field of measurement. This enables us to provide realistic and competitive quotes to clients, be it in the joinery, Glu Lam or cedar cladding services. We also have staff skilled in surveying which is beneficial to the client as we have the ability to measure up projects to exactly what is required on site, allowing us to supply and fit to the highest of standards.

Workshop
The Cedarlan Office and adjoining workshops are located on Monahan Road, on the south side of Cork City. Here, in both our offices and workshops, we use the most up-to-date computer technology in the pricing, detailing and even manufacturing of particular projects.
Our technicians are skilled in CAD to produce drawings for workshop issue in order to build the required joinery and Glu Lam pieces, while the estimating staff use all the necessary Microsoft office programs to price jobs, be they one off small enquiries or detailed Bills of Quantities for large projects.
In our workshops, which measure over 2000m2 in size, our tradespeople are skilled in using the best of mill machinery, a vast range of saws, routers as well as a host of specialised machinery used in our Glu Lam Workshop. We also have people skilled in the use of our CNC machine, which is like high-spec computer operated router, and used in many different aspects of the various jobs we do, from the cutting out hinge pockets of doors to cutting curved pieces for reception desks and the likes.
All these components make it possible for Cedarlan to produce high quality joinery and Glu Lam pieces in a thoroughly professional manner, all to the benefit of our clients.
